The DUX Bed interior frame is built from the highest quality slow growth Swedish pine, one of the strongest and most resilient pines in the world. Designed like a piece of furniture, The DUX Bed’s interior frame allows you to simply select the leg style, height, and color of your choice and fasten the leg to the frame by threading it into place.

Additionally, should your bed height or style-needs change, you can simply adapt your bed by replacing the legs at any time. For some this may just be a stylistic consideration, but for others the ability to change to taller legs to help them get out of bed as they age can be of paramount importance.

SOLID SLOW GROWTH SWEDISH PINE

The wood used to construct our bed frame grows in the Northern most part of Sweden. The extremely harsh winters produce trees that grow very slowly – evidenced by the tightly spaced growth rings – making it one of the strongest pines in the world. This pine is used to create the foundation of every DUX bed. The result is a base that is constructed like a piece of furniture. Each individual component of The DUX Bed is built to last.

 

DESIGNED LIKE A PIECE OF FURNITURE

The DUX Bed, with its unique internal frame construction, eliminates the need for a traditional bedframe. This is because the bedframe is literally built into the foundation of the box spring. Most box springs exist simply as a means to elevate the height of the bed, but thats not the case with The DUX Bed. Not only does our box spring operate as an internal bedframe, but it also lives up to its name and contains our patented continuous coil springs, as an added element of support.
