Unique Continuous Coil Spring Design

BECAUSE PHYSICS NEVER SLEEPS

Designed for ultra high performance, our signature bed springs require over one mile of high tensile Swedish steel wire. The final product consists of up to 4,180 interconnected bed springs whose combined support is intended to provide maximum pressure relief to every part of the body. 

Dynamic Support

Only the dynamic nature of a spring system can contour to all of your movements at night. The revolutionary DUX spring system adjusts itself to the weight and shape of your body. It moves as you move. It conforms to your contours, providing continuous, dynamic support along every point of your body. 

The DUX spring design is neither too firm nor too soft. It is flexible enough to let your shoulders and hips sink in, yet resilient enough to rise up and support your lower back. Vital pressure points — especially your spine — are supported in the most ergonomically healthy positions possible, letting your blood circulate freely while your muscles completely relax.

DUX, from the Bottom, Up:

Our bottom layer of springs provides deep suspension. This section absorbs and distributes weight so the bed remains stable when you or your partner move about.

The middle spring layer delivers continuous lumbar support while rising up to conform to the contours of your body.

The penultimate layer of a DUX bed is comprised of our customizable Pascal Cassettes. Each cassette is selected to correspond to your individual needs.

Our plush Top Pad forms the upper-most layer of a DUX bed. Deeply tufted and utilizing natural latex harvested from the Hevea rubber trees.

The springs in the Pascal Cassette System represent the type of triumph sleep engineers dream about. The design of the springs, and the specific type of steel used to make them, is the fruit of years of research and testing. Each spring is a tiny mechanical wonder, manufactured to incredibly exacting specifications.

 

HIGH TENSILE SWEDISH STEEL

The finest Swedish steel is the backbone of every DUX bed. Over one mile of steel wire are used to create the continuous-coil design of a king-size DUX Bed's spring system. This unique design coupled with the strongest Swedish steel allows us to make one of the smallest, thinnest and most dynamic springs on the market.

YOU WILL NEVER HAVE
TO FLIP A DUX MATTRESS

Do you know why you've been told to turn your mattress? The springs in low-quality mattresses can sag and lose their retention and support over time. Turning your mattress is only an attempt to hide this fact.

The added resiliency of our continuous-coil design means you will never have to flip your DUX mattress – a good thing considering a king-size DUX can weight almost 300lbs.  In fact, in Sweden The DUX Bed is commonly passed down from generation to generation.

  

THE BED THAT BREATHES

A valuable side-benefit of our spring system derives from the fact that the bed is essentially hollow. The open spaces around the continuous coils allow air flow to be generated by the user’s movements. The streaming air may shuttle body heat out of the mattress, while also potentially helping to eliminate odors. The airflow can also produce a level of ventilation necessary to help combat bacteria and fungus.
